My wife knows all about Honda's main't light reset.
In fact, it works on all Hondas.
The chance of my wife reading this message during the day though....is nearly 0%.

Push the reset button on the instrument cluster. Hold it in while you turn the ignition to the on position. Hold it in until it stops blinking. It takes about 10 seconds or more. Then I usually turn the car off and back on to check it.

Sometimes it takes a couple tries but that's it. I have a '01 accord V6 coupe and I love it, but the brakes are all screwy. Do yours work properly?

No prob with the brakes and I also love my Accord (always been a Honda guy) my only complaint is the Michelin energy saver tires they absolutely suck the car pushes like a snow plow.

No problem with the brakes here either. It's definately not a sports car. Major understeer. But it cruises so well. Crank up the stereo and enjoy the ride.

Your right it's not a sports car. But it does do what it is supposed to really well

The problem I have with my brakes is that it has an inconsitant feel. When I'm stopped at a light I feel a little push like a big truck drove by and it starts to slowly move. Same brake pressure. Also when braking slowly it has even pressure and then WHAM! starts decelerating rapidly. I'm not to mechanically inclined when it come to cars. what do you guys think? Air in the brake lines? thats the best guess I have.

Definately sound like something the Honda mechanic should look at. I replace pads and stuff, but leave the major stuff to the experts.

Your right though, I don't want to be messing with this sort of thing.
