Hong Kong Pulls Travel Ad

According to NPR this morning Hong Kong had an ad promoting travel and tourism that included the phrase "Hong Kong takes your breath away".

In response to the SARS epidemic the ad has been withdrawn.

HK is also testing every departing passenger's temperature - if you got a fever you're going nowhere.

It's about time. So many travellers are hoping to just make it onto the plane so they can get home, only to risk contaminating everyone on that flight and putting a scare in their own hometown.
