Alright here is the story, a landlord has not received pay from his rentor. He does a random apartment search and takes pics.

The man has been given a 10 day notice to clean everything and is asked to leave. Fines will be assessed $1000 for not cleaning.

He is trying to let the guy leave on his own because evictions costs everybody time and money. See if you can spot the dog!

btw: landlord says this guy is a chef at one of the top notch restaurants in town....

I guess the tenant doesn't have a girlfriend.

 

Well, he really likes budweiser and take out, doesn't he?

Atleast he thought about cleaning it. See, here's a broom:

 

He could always turn the guy in to the animal cops for unsafe living conditions for the dog.

my grandma own a rental property and she went to go check up on her tennants because they had not paid the rent and it had been several dues since it was due. she found that hey had abandoned the house, an left it in similar condition to this place in these pictures. the worse part was that my grandma had to clean it all up, including the bathroom. oh by the way, before they stopped paying the rent, they appearently stopped paying the water bill, yet they continued to use the toilet. they were pissing in the bathtub, and the toilet was filled to the brim with 3 week old shit.
