Default Hot Sauces - What's Your Favorite?

I am a bit of a hot sauce fanatic. Recently I came across Ring of Fire Hot sauces - quite incredible, and my favorite at the moment. Haberno, and Roasted Garlic and Haberno - both awesome!

Anyone else love the stuff? Tell us your favorites!

Oh now you've gone and done it...I have been out of this stuff for too damn long, but it's AWESOME!

Shotgun Willie's Hotter 'n Hell .. made in none other than Buda, Texas...just outside of Austin. Four or five ingredients...jalapenos (finely diced), water, onion, and a little vinegar. Not the hottest sauce in the world, but damn, it's amazing stuff.

Check out www.peppers.com ... just found it. Cool, err, hot stuff!

I gotta order me some now!

This stuff is even good on donuts:
Throw a roll of toilet paper in the freezer and pour a
few globs of this stuff on your next 39 cent cheeseburger:
Just say no to Tabasco!

Blair's "Sudden Death Sauce" is the first choice, then North Shore "Nitro Force 10" would be the next one.

By far the best place for hot sauce is:

mohotta

Be sure to visit the catalog, all sauces are rated correctly by their standard scoville unit heat rating.

BTW anything over 40,000 is extremely hot!

The only specialty hot sauce I've ever tried (it was a gift) was called "Scorned Woman Hot Sauce". Great name, OK sauce.
