One of my favs was "Ass in a tub". Havent seen it in a while though. Dave's insanity is pretty good too. A place called tiajuana flats sells some sauce here that you have to sign a release to buy. I have forgotten the name of it.

I agree, Melinda's is great (the Garlic, the Habanero, The X, the XXX), Dave's is HOT - at a wing dipped in it on a dare - but you have to find a bottle of his Linited Edition, Private Reserve. Hand numbered bottles - I use a toothpick to get it out of the bottle. Great mixed in with wing sauce. Actially have a bottle of Shotgun Willies on my shelf - will have to open it soon!

I agree completely. Dave's has the best smokey flavor I've ever tasted but it is so hot that I'm starting to think that it is my toung on fire that gives it that flavor.

I ran out of Scorned Woman and the Rings-of-Fire I had.

I also have some habanero-stuffed olives which are great!

I grow my own chiles: jalapenos, cayennes, serranos, kung paos, thai dragons, scotch bonnets, habaneros, pequins, and several others (hot ones and milder ones). I make my own salsa from them; the best is an habanero, tomatillo and orange salsa (yum!).
