how do i blow my engine?

if you want to blow up an engine, it's simple really just drain the oil pan and the radiator, then you take a brick and put it on the accelerator
then you sit back and wait
but thats always one thing i never understood, why do people want to blow their engine when they want a new one, i mean just rip the old one out and buy a new one and drop it in
