i found out how to do it but there only these stupid little animations, i want my own pictures how do i put in my own picture

There's an option for giving it a web address (URL) for the picture file, and another for uploading the picture from your computer. I've had difficulty with the latter, but the former works fine.

"Owners" get custom avatars. "Members" get both custom avatars and sigs.

I think you need a bit of clarification:
If you want a custom avatar, you need to be an "owner". To be an owner, you need to go to your "edit profile" and enter your car's VIN into the appropriate slot (to show you actually own an S2000).
If you pay a membership fee, then you become a "member" and you can then get a custom avatar AND a signature regardless of being an "owner" or not. A "member" also gets a huge photo storage capability on this site.
