Default How do I let the Task Manager "remember" the priority setting of processes in Win2K?

I'm running Java code at work that takes up a good portion of processing power so I go to the Task Manager in Win2K and set the "java.exe" process to the lowest priority. The java process is showing in the window only when the program is running and disappears whenever I stop the program. How do I make the task manager "remember" the priority setting each time I run the java program so people don't have to go into the TM and set it manually all the time the program is run? Thanks.
