how do I ship a motor?

I need to ship an s2000 motor and tranny out, people say 'crate' but I dont know about it. could ups just ship it crate?

You need to ship it via common carrier or motor freight.

Here's a couple that I can think of that are National carriers:
Con-Way
Schneider National
