I have a .bmp file that I want to add to my photo album, but when i try to upload it, I get an error message. I tried opening the file in Adobe Photo Deluxe, then saving it as a jpeg file, but then when the pic appears in my photo album, it's just a box that says "Failed to create image variation." Anyone know how to solve this problem?

 

Try changing the name of the file all together. Sometimes this works for me. (ie. keep it as a jpeg but give it a new name. You can always edit the name once it's in.)
Also, if this suggestion doesn't work, post this in site info. None of the site admins will see it in Off Topic.
