How do you cut Lexan?

My friend and I want to Make some Lexan windows for our "project" civic hatchback. I was wondering if there is any special tool to cut the Lexan without problems.

Anyone know anything?

I would think a dremmel or rotozip should do the trick.

How thick is the lexan? You might want to find a place that will waterjet it for you.

You can use an Exacto knife and score it, then it'll just snap along the lines. Of course, depending on the shape that you want to cut it into, this could be a pain in the ass.
