Default how do you disinfect/sanitize granite countertops?

for those of you with granite or stone countertops (like in the kitchen or bathroom), what do you use to disinfect? for example after preparing/cooking beef or chicken, i like to wipe it down w/ something to clean off any bacteria like e.coli or whatever, but i take it i can't use lysol ... or can i? what do you guys use?

granite is imprevious to alot of things. you might want to try what ever on an out of the way corner.

bleach works: you only need a few oz of bleach in a gal of water. Lysol is not effective. make up a spray bottle of bleach and a small amout of detergent and all is good.

detergent alone will not necessarly reduce bacteria or viral.

if the counter top is clean, generally the risk of ifection is very lo compared to the background of general life. always good to have some random exposure.
