Default How do you find financials of a company?

My wife is looking to join a private practice, but all have stated they don't give out their financials until you become a partner. Is there a way to find out how much a company made online? Willing to pay for the service if it returns information.

unfortunately they are both linked to D&B which doesn't list two of the practices we are looking into. Any other recommendations?

Why would a private company post their financials where the public can see them?

No one can see our Mortgage Company's financials or my Rental LLC financials. I can't think of why a doctors office would have them available.

Well if they are really trying to recruit someone with hard to find skills, they may agree to let the perspective employee see the books. A previous company did this for one of my former co-workers. You just have to state it as a condition for accepting the job offer.

actually a couple of the companies I was able to find on dnb. I think it's there to show their financial stability in attaining loans. Most large practices need some sort of money to get buildings and equipment. A lot of medical practices (specialties, not Internists) will do a lot of the work in house now, like radiation treatments, etc.
