Default How do you make powerpoint presentation into a self running video?

i remember there's a way to export the slides as an animation/video type file you can view on the browser. does anyone know how to do it?

There is probably a more robust solution than mine, but you can try Techsmith Camtasia.

I'm sure it will work and create a pretty decent file size.

You can do "Save As..." then choose html to make a set of HTML slides for web viewing.

There's also a "presentation broadcasting" plugin that allows you to stream the slideshow. I don't know if you can save that stream to a file for later showing though. Also, if you don't have "presentation broadcasting" available ("slide show" then "online broadcast"), you may need to run PowerPoint setup again to add it.

From the File menu, choose "Pack and Go..."

Just follow the wizard from there. You'll have an option for including the Powerpoint Viewer with your presentation.
