OK, so I have a video on my camera that I have transfered to my computer using ArcSoft (came with the computer) and I did some editing, and saved it, but it will only save as a *.sbz file, and I want it to save as *.avi or *.mpg

Can someone help me out here?

go to www.download.com and search for a video format convertor.

 

downloaded one of them, and it tells me:

File format error. The input file is damaged or your input file format is not supported.

 

download another
