Drive my car fast. Really, with busy work, 2 kids, a crazy dog and a wife, that's my freedom. I just go top down and fast.

Depending on the extra money situation....I will treat myself to a pedicure done by someone else but if money is tight...I'll give myself a pedicure. Or I just soak my feet in a foot bath with nice smelling stuff!

In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
You're kidding, right?

I'm a rarity among guys in that I use a face cream/moisturizer in the morning, but that's as far as I go. My skin peels in a hurry if I don't use a cream on it (my fair Canadian skin can't handle Texas heat ).

I can't imagine doing everything you do in the morning. You're worse than a girl!

By the way, I get a massage (not a "massage") occasionally to relieve stress. It's super relaxing. That massage therapist could make a fortune renting out beds for a few hours after the massage, because pretty much everyone would probably just like to fall asleep after a massage.

Thats a flat out lie. 99.99% of the people in the world have one free hour per day that they could dedicate to working out. Whats stopping you from following a proper diet?

over rated.

id say just take a stroll with a significant other and try not to think about work and just relax and breath down. Or be like me and get a cardboard box, put it on the floor slide down your car and start your maintenance on the car.

Hehe....I quoted that from Office Space. Remember the scene where the main character asks his neighbor what he would do with $1m dollars....he just comes out and says...."Two chicks at once." LOL
