Hit the hot tub, and every Friday I sit in the courtyard at work, bullshit, drink scotch and smoke cigars.

Any of you guys do anything? Massage, Facial, Spa....? Looking for good effective ideas.
seriously, you have way too many toys. No wonder you have to work hard.
consider selling one of your toys.

It may seem that way, but I buy the toys cash. I'm working for the next set of toys.

I second for the gym. You'd be surprised how relieved and satisfying it is when you come out of a really good workout. Plus, it puts you to bed nice and easy. Not to mention its good for your health and the chicks dig it =)

I used to be a real workout/health nut. always had between 6-8% body fat, and stayed pretty built out of High school and into college. Unfortunately working out is something I can't make regular time for. And Even if I did, I can't follow a strict diet to follow. If I can't do it right, I just won't do it.

In your case, I'd really give some serious thought to yoga or tai-chi. . . and learn to make some time for yourself, or you're gonna wind up like my acquaintance in sales who's out-of-commission (pun intended) because of a heart attack. . . at 35.

yeah, I just thought about that yesterday. my cholestrol is like 240 at age 23, with a family history of heart attacks.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

i usually go in the jacuzzi and relax there for a while with or without my gf (most of the time, i like being alone more). the gym works too. but best of all, i just like to put the top down, and cruise at night. it just takes all the stress, worries, and problems away for a bit.
