Ok, now we've got pronunciation polls!

It always amazes me how few people know the correct pronunciation for "Porsche", particularly car guys. So how do you pronounce it?

(I'll post the "correct" answer in a few days, courtesy of Road & Track Magazine which sometimes mentions the correct pronunciation when they have a Porsche article. They have a big problem with the way it's commonly pronounced also.)

For any doubters, in German the final e in a word is always pronounced; therefore, Porsche is properly pronounced as Por-sha. No poll is needed to determine this.

I always call them Porkers - here, here little piggies - coz I think they look round, squat ugly and bloated. However, that doesn't seem to be one of your options.

Funny enough when I say " Porsche " by it self I pronounce it pour shah, but when I use it before model name I say pour shah 911, but use porsch Boxster. Dunno why?

well i pronounce it"that old tired-ass rust-bucket oil-blowin'rattlin'squeekin'saggin'-n-swayin' piece-o-fine teutonic-engineered shit sittin' out in the driveway squattin'in it's own excretions"..but then i do have a trace of that unique native california accent that a fine ear can discern.
