How does Cars Direct work?

anyone know how their prices are cheaper then invoice!??! there has to be a catch

I bought a Civic through them a few years ago and it went as promised. It took a while, but I got the car at the price promised. The dealer charged them more than what I paid and Carsdirect ate the difference!
