I've used an app called "recover my files" succesfully in the past.

As long as you haven't run any other write procedures to your disk, the original files could still exist in their entirety within the disk sectors. If you suspect a file has been deleted, act immediately. A file marked as deleted will flag that portion of the disk as free, thus allowing future read/write processes to act on that portion of the disk.
