Are you referring to the recent deal to sell nuclear fuel? FYI, India developed its nuclear arsenal pretty much without any foreign assistance.

Now this may sound callous, but hear me out first. I'm kinda "glad" they hit India.
I'll be just as "glad" when they hit a few more countries. I'm just as "glad" they have pirates based out of Somalia.
Until the world realizes it's not an American problem but a world problem nothing will get done to get rid of the terrorists and the countries that support them.
We've always had terrorist, they are nothing new, but the scope of their actions is new.

AMERICA chose to ignore those warnings and continued to supply TALIBAN and Al Quaeda leaders. AMERICA prevented India from eradicating the problem areas of Pakistan.
So by your reasoning you should be "glad" that 9-11 happened because it finally woke the US government up after over 20yrs of turning a blind eye.
