Just out of curiosity, how long do you wait until you decide to file a dispute against someone via paypal.

I bought an exhaust off this guy and he said he "sent it", but told me he would send me a tracking # this morning. Until now he has not returned any of my texts. I don't want to file a dispute but damn, people respond so fast until they get your money.
