i bought a camera (DSLR) from amazon using my credit card and I think i might return it for a refund.
does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the money back into my account? (i know amazon says 4weeks, usually less but wanted to hear from a person with this experience)
because i want the money back before the closing date for my bank statement..

You'll need to ask Amazon and I think it depends on how fast you get it back to them. They aren't going to credit you until they get it back.
