Some of you are gross lol. No sharts please. Anyways I think once a day at a certain is the healthiest? There's NO way I shit more than once a day unless I'm having stomachache or other problems. I shit at workplace because our washroom is quiet and all of the time it's empty. There are about 2 males on my floor and others are all females.
