You first need to be sure she is actually taking it. I've known girls that get preggos when they feel the relationship is on the rocks if they want to keep the man.

 

I definitely wouldn't rely her to be on the pill if I was just dating someone on and off... better to have a condom as well, you just never know what they may have picked up on the route.

But if the both of you have checked yourself for STD's and it's all clear, then the pill is quite nice.

My GF's been on it for 5 years, and she recently got the implant put in her arm. This supposedly does the same thing as the pill, but has a higher efficiency (the pill is not 99% efficient, some girls can still get pregnant even if they follow the guidelines), and it lasts 3 years, no need to worry about taking a pill every night.

 

Oh, and we're in no hurry to have kids anyway...

 

Pill FTW. If its a girlfriend, no PO needed. If it's a random chick, PO. If its a random girl who's not on the pill condom+PO (especially if she's fugly and you are drunk).

 

I have fired about 10K shots into my wife since we have been married and while we were dating and she didn't get pregnant. pill + pull spray and pray is the safer method, but what fun is it to pull out if she is on the pill? The only reason to pull out would be to paint her white OR deliver a high velocity facial.
