Typically one in the morning when I get to work.. sometimes one after lunch. I'd say I drink about 6/week but they're all in the little 8oz foam cups.

 

I used to drink an entire 10-cup pot every day.

Toned it down to two mugs of coffee now.

 

I get spaztic should I encounter a day I intake more then 4 cups

 

Another tea fan hear. I buy loose-leaf oolong, steep it in a pot that gives me about 3 good mugs worth. Sometimes when I get home from work, I'll fire up another pot. Love that stuff.

 

0 coffee but i will have a 1 cup of tea a night. Nothing during the morning though.

 

I do like hot tea after living for 3 1/2 years in the middle east. Unfortunately, I'm prone to calcium oxcylate kidney stones and oxalic acid in the tea is not good for me so I only drink it occasionally.

As far a coffee goes, it's an adult drink so I'll have no part of it. It smells nice, though.

I don't want to tell you how much caffeinated diet soda I drink, though.

usually a quad (4 shots of expresso) venti white mocha followed by 2 monsters by lunch @ 11am and may be a 3rd monster between 2-3pm...
