I used to do 5-7 cups a day.I don't do that much anymore, maybe 1 cup every other week or so. I don't do it for energy, it just tastes good. Non-fat creamer and Splenda ftw! I always have a espresso (sometimes double) around 8pm-9pm and I'm out by 10-1030pm the latest. Caffeine does nothing for me.

Dude I sleep like a baby.... however after the second one I start getting cranky... you can tell I'm wired but just a little cranky....
