Default How much should I offer for this S2000?

Ok I have decided to not buy the car on the other side of the country, I found one closer. Its an 03 with 12k on it with hardtop, hardtop stand and clear bra. The guy is asking $29.5 for it, what do you guys think I should offer? Thanks

P.S. I have check Edmunds, KBB and NADA and the average of the three would be $27,237

Thanks

I wouldn't pay more than $27-$27,500 for it (with the hardtop).

I recently bought an 03' NFR with 5,025 miles for $26,200. I've seen others with similar mileage in the $25-26K range.

Where Im from S2k's don't go under 20K, now matter how many miles. I'm going to be selling my 01 with 35K miles on it for 22.5K$ and it will be the cheapest S2K for 300 miles. 03's here are 30K+

I asked the guy if he would sell it with out the hardtop and he said it would be really hard for him to sell the hardtop separate since these cars are so rare Anyway I think I am going to call him up in a couple days and offer him $26.5 and see what he says. He told me that he had guys lowballing him real bad, hope I can add to his list. Hahaha Thanks for the replys
