how much sleep do you guys need?
I usually get 5-7 hours of sleep sunday night to wednesday night and >8 thurs, fri, and sat. nights. During the week, I perform well, pretty normally, but I usually feel tired all day. Its not enough to affect me doing work or anything else, but I still feel it.
A couple of years ago, I used to be able to live on 3-5 hours of sleep all week and I used to stay up all night every now and then and it never really affected me. Hell I remember once or twice I stayed up for a whole week, but then when I did go to sleep, I used to sleep for close to 24 hours...

Get home eat as much protein, lean meat as much calories I can stuff then I just relax. I have no trouble going to sleep as soon as I close my eyes but yes I do wake up in the middle of the night some nights of the week!!
Sometimes at 3am or 5am sometimes at 7am and it takes a bit (10-15)for me to go back to sleep when its dark. It can take up to 30min if there is light or sun outside. I dunno why I wake up in the middle of my sleep.....My matress is comfy but I just got out of grad school so can't buy anything new until I get settled.

haha yeh I use to sleep with the radio on art bell few years back but now I just listen to them while I'm on the web or tv until I go to sleep 10:00-11:30 or up to 12:30 when I have the next day off.
