Food for thought, this former inmate makes more in one year than most doctors make in a lifetime. And he didn't have to spend 12 years in college and residency.

I'll admit that mainstream hip hop music sucks, but if you guys actually like evidence of the rap industry producing artists who aren't all about the "bling" era or flaunting stacks of cash, check out music from such rappers as Immortal Technique, Talib Kweli, Common, Mos Def, and many of Nas' songs.
