Since it's a "reality" show it was probably a set up by the producers. "Reality TV" isn't real.

Warren, I doubt that could be set up unless they fired one into her face...they could've set up the catapult so it'd tend to "hold" the watermelon on the backswing but nothing much more.

I saw her neck snap back HARD so I'd assume she couldve broken a neck or something if she was weaker
