Since I started working out and dieting 2 months ago I've only eaten out once, and lost 35 pounds.

All of that beer over the winter months gave me a beer belly, who woulda thunk it?

I work out every other day, and eat almost exclusively at Jack in the Box. Occasionally I eat at chinese or thai restaurants, but I can't even remember the last time I ate anything at home.. I get so pissed off when I hear people say that I'll get fat or be out of shape cause I eat so much "fast food".. I'm 180 LBS, in perfect shape, no health problems whatsoever... I'm a firm believer in the Jack in the Box diet! BTW, Supersize Me has to be one of the most retarded movies/documentaries ever made.. 30 days and that dumb ass gained all this weight, felt like crap etc.. Either I am one lucky SOB or he is already screwed up somehow to have gained all that weight in so little time. As for health problems, who knows, could have been self induced. After all, he had to finish the movie and make it at least somewhat interesting!( a goal which failed miserably) [/rant] lol..

I eat out a lot for lunch. I just don't feel like making a sandwich in the morning to take to work!

I try to keep it sensible though. Subway mostly. I try to have dinner at home every night. I probably eat dinner out once, maybe twice a week.

I meant to click on 11+, but my fat fingers hit the wrong button.

I really do eat each and every meal out. No joke. I live in a hotel 5 days/week, and rarely have food at home. Pretty much every meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is cooked by someone other than me. Luckily its paid for by someone other than me too. Its really hard to eat healthily while traveling, though. I think I've gained 12 lbs since the start of this particular project (long hours, high stress, little to no good places to eat).

2-3 times a week here. I'll eat out for lunch like once during the work week. Then during the weekends, I'll eat out with my friends because it's what they want to do and I don't wanna sit around at home doing nothing.

But, I try to be healthy. I work out quite a bit so I'm in fair enough shape (seriously, check out my myspace pics... lol). But, when I eat out with my friends, I try not to hold back.

I eat out 95% of my meals. Yet I don't seem to be gaining any weight.
