You are "one lucky SOB".
It's simple. if you eat mcdonalds 3x a day you will get fat. This is a no brainer! What don't you understand about having 120+g of fat (most of it trans and saturated) when you are supposed to be eating around 68g/fat a day.
edit: Your working out is what is separating you from the guy in the movie.

Now, my metabolism is extremely high and I make quite a few trips to the crapper a day.
I've always been like that and just don't put on any weight. In fact, at about 5'10" and 120 lbs., I'm about ready to disappear into thin air.
Granted, this probably isn't the norm, but I know quite a few folks like this. I'm sure it's not healthy and my arteries are like the 405 freeway during rush hour, but from a weight perspective, you can eat a lot and crap a lot and still stay thin.

I eat out EVERYDAY. TWICE a day. Each meal is about $10. Starbucks is about $4.00. Comes out to almost $20-30/day because i have no time to cook.
I need a personal chef. quick.

There are three categories for LDL-cholesterol (bad cholesterol).
A desirable level is less than 130 mg/dL
A borderline-high risk level is from 130 to 158 mg/dL
High risk is 160 mg/dL and above
HDL you want to keep above 40 mg/dL.
Plus if you exercise your doing ok and if your an adult with a BP of near 120/80 then you are also doing ok.
NO MSG!
