If you must know. Here's the Article
Seriously though, it was a BS argument that I didn't start. I didn't know you could get the cops called on you for telling someone off (what happened to freedom of speech?). Plus, it's not like she wasn't calling me enough foul names that a sailor would blush.
Side Note: I also didn't know how much older ladies can lie between their teeth straight to the cops. Worst off, the cops will believe anything an older lady says vs. a young guy. Geez! Next time I see a lady over 50, I'm going to run in the other direction...
End result: The judge laughed it out of court, yet I got a nasty article published about me in the newspaper which was entirely her side of the story.

What I would be worried about is that if you were ticketed you may have a record. Since mine was just as BS I had it expunged virtually the day after it got dismissed in court. Anyone in my state can run your record on the interwebs, and if you were issued a criminal citation, it may come up, even as a misdemeanor, if you have not had that record sealed. And this is critical because if they can do this MANY EMPLOYERS MIGHT ALWAYS JUST DUMP YOU FROM THE INTERVIEW PILE because you have been charged with a crime recently, thinking you are some kind of maniac. You might not know you are being discriminated against because you'll never get into the interview pile.
I don't know if you have any action you could take against the paper if they were reporting what happened. But the truth is, you could have an action against the officer if you were charged with something that was legal, and incurred legal fees. But if it was BS, get it expunged immediately.
