Default i am scewed help needed

what should i do if i sent money to a person in a different state, that was supposed to give me something in return, but doesnt send anything at all. I saw this guy off of ebay i sent him money order and everything. i didnt get his sn, only got his number, his adress, the money order paper of how much i sent him and like he doesnt pick up his phone so i am thinking he just jacked me, what can i do to get him back..?

Contact the post office. I think that may be considered mail-fraud and it will be taken seriously.

How far away is the other person? Why don't you drive there, and work it out in person?

the guy lives in florida... i payed him 300 hundred then then another 500 and another payment of 600 for the item i have payment papers all set up

You're kind of screwed, but there are some things that can be done, e.g. filing with authority/enforcement, etc.

Did he have good ebay feedback? Does he still sell stuff on ebay? if so, create a fake ebay bidder and bid on all of the ****ers auctions (with no intention of paying)..... then tell him (via the ebay contact function, so you know he will get it) that all of his auctions will always end with a Phantom Bidder if he doesn't send you back your $ or goods.

bid right at the end of the auctions if he tries to "unbid" you...

you can create fake bidders from damn near any email address except for hotmail and juno.......

my dads friend works for HPD he told me to call FBI and ask for internet Fraud deparment and report it...so hopefully it will all work out. if not i am flying to florida...

Same sh*t happened to me. i sent some guy in florida $1000 for parts using westren union and didnt get crap. I wonder if it is the same guy. His last name was powell or something like that. I used to be stupid and trust everyone.
