I can play GT2 again....while I wait for GT3.

 

Did you get rid of your PS1?
I have been playing GT2 alot lately.
It rocks.
Did you know you can smooth the textures in the PS2.
It make the graphics a little better. They still suk
compared to a PC but who cares.

 

I just bought the PSX for GT2 late last year.
After playing for a few days, I packed it up.
I gave it to my cousins as xmas gift with new games for kids.
I kept GT2 for myself.
I never bought the PS1, since it's just an improved version of PSX. Now that I have PS2, I get to play any of the 3 games that came with the package.
Walmart did a good job, I like all 3 games they gave me and they didn't charge me a penny more than retail.

SSX
NHL2001
Madden
I traded Madden in and got Midnight Club I am not much for
the NFL(National Felon League)
But still I mostly play GT2.

 

I've played SSX, Tekken Tag and NHL 2001 on my friends PS2 while he stayed at my house due to marital strife. I was hoping he would leave the PS2 behind because I was just getting good at SSX and Tekken Tag.

 

I wasn't lucky enough to catch Amazon's package, but I find my package to serve me better.
It doesn't force that second controller on me, and I like all 3 games.
I get SSX, TTT and Madden NFL.
Yes, I like Madden, but I don't know if I can find people to play with me

If you have a PS2 you need to run not walk to the store and get ATV Offroad Fury! I've been playing it all night! It is very fun. Graphics are tight. Animation (esp. falling of the atv's) is great. I know ATV racing doesn't sound that cool off the cuff, but this game is great!

 

I took it(unopened) first to Best Buy but they didn't have a game I wanted then I took it to Sam Goody's.
First she said no but then after a few minutes of chatting her up she said OK.
And not having someone to play with is also a problem with NHL. My kid(6) makes me switch teams when I get too far ahead. Oh, and I needed the second controller anyway.

I want my GT3

 

I don't know how I got up this morning......
I was playing till 2:30am.....and I'm too old for that.
I got re-addicted to GT2.

This is great system. Well, it's not worth 300 bucks though.
It's real nice but it isn't really worth 200 bucks more than PS1.
What really pisses me off is the fact that I can't use my psx memory cards. I have tons of 120 block memory cards.
