I was driving down the road, when all of a sudden I come to a stop side and this cop points his finger telling me to pull over. Then another cop girl came over and told me they setup some speed trap thing and said I was doing 43 in a 25 zone. As I pull over, I see a couple of other cars pulling over as they come to the stop sign. I got a Citation and I have to pay $104. Luckily, I didn't get any points on my License or on my insurance.
If I plead not guilty, can I do anything at the court so I don't have to pay as much?

Well, I'll come up with some questions for ya. How do you know you aren't getting any points? In NJ, getting caught going 18 over is 4 points. I can't believe the cops lowered you to a 0 point ticket with you still paying $104. So how did the cops right up the ticket?

If you aren't getting any points, buck up and pay the money. I would be ecstatic over $104 fine and no points going 18 over the speed limit!

Why would you go to court? You have no case, you were caught speeding, pay the fine and deal with the consequences..
