Yeah, there are two seperate justice systems and he is fortunante enough to be on the better end.

 

I dunno, fellas. He brought stolen property into the US, lied to federal officials, and wrecked up the highway. I think in this instance the Justice Department will have a field day with him. Even if he gets some softie deal here, he's still got to face the music back in Europe. He's gonna wind up in jail somewhere.
