why not box it up and take it down to ups..... or box it up, measure it and go to the website and it will give you a pretty good idea.....
It will cost a bunch unless you have a work account that gets a huge discount..... I shipped wheels & tires to puerto rico for ~ $250 through my work account. If i had not used the work account it would have been over $400.00

Go here and input the location and weight. You need to be pretty exact. I haven't shipped to Belgium, but I do ship to the UK all the time. We never have any problems.
