I'm stumped so I'll guess there is a lawyer involved somewhere in Chicago's traffic sign erection process. What other reason could there be for making such a simple task as crossing the street confusing and more expensive?

I'll bet ppl weaseled out of traffic tickets b/c of having diagonal lights...is it easy to see the lights for that diagonal cross street?
