Let me say this one more time:
I understand that Universal are the biggest bunch of douchenuggets out there. Most artists I know (and respect) won't do business with them except SOLELY as a distribution point. . .
As a member of BMI, as someone who makes their own music, sells it via a number of different outlets (mostly on the internet), and who makes a considerable chunk of his income (I have a day job) from making and performing music. Please stop what you're doing.
All that said, if you don't like the entire album, then you're listening to the wrong musicians. That's your fault, not ours.
Chances are, the problem lies in that you'll only listen to the 5% of music that's released each year and vetted by some douchebag that wears designer clothing. You have ears, a computer, and an ATM card; use them.

i also have no idea who BMI is
if i made a ton of money and could blow money on every song i liked then sure, id pay for them. until then, i will continue to jot down the artist and song on a piece of paper when i hear one i like and then i will take it to my computer later and download it if i can find it.
as far as me listening to the wrong musicians... its not my fault some people can only make 2 catchy songs for an entire cd.
i see your point, but honestly, you're trying to convince me to do something other than what i've been doing since the very first napster. sorry dude, its just not gonna happen.

Since you're not going to pony up the cash (despite owning a car that sucks down premium), then do me a few favors:
1. Send me your name, address, ISP, IP, gateway, and for bonus points, a MAC address.
2. Barring that, never ever post in a music thread on this forum again. You're a blight on society.
3. I've got chunks of guys like you in my shit. This really has nothing to do with nothing, but 2 other users asked me to include this in a post in OT.

2. me and millions of other people are a blight on society. trying to make an example out of one person on s2ki isnt going to fix your problem. deal with it.
3. im not sure why those two users cant speak for themselves. although i will say that there are probably more people on this website that download music rather than buy all of it.
as for the premium gas statement... paying for premium is why i cant pay for the music i download /sarcasm
