I was trying them instead of beef burgers to watch fat intake... I have'nt had a burger (beef) since Christmas and it's just part of me watching what I eat. Will I ever eat another burger (beef)? Absolutely...but it will be every once in awhile versus every other day.

I used to keep them around for something quick to fix and eat. Not great but not bad either. Anytime I want to drop a few pounds I'll switch to them for a while.

I eat vegetarian one day a week. I want to make sure I can poop my bacon out correctly (the other 6 days) well into my '90's.

That said, Morningstar Farms is good. The money faux-meat though is Soyrizo!
