when I was dating a vegetarian once, I tried them.

its ok, but not enough for me to change my lifestyle....

They're OK. Morning Star Grillers Prime are the SHIZNIT though.

 

are they made with real vegans?

i tried a veggie burger, once but i was stuck in the desert and rest of my squad had gotten the good mre

 

What made you decide to try them? Are you currently or attempting to go veg? Or was it just something different for the sake of being different? I had the inkling that boca burgers were more spendy than regular beef, but i could be wrong. Just wondering why one would pay more for a similar product that is prob not as tasty

 

You're right. They're not that bad. They're just not that filling.

 

Try the Morning Star veggie crumbles. It's like ground beef--but not. You can make tacos, sloppy joe's, any pasta w/meat sauce, lasagna. it's great. And with the seasonings, etc., you can't even tell its fake. My gf is vegetarian, and if I don't eat what she cooks.. I don't eat . Been 2 years, and I'm pretty well adjusted, and I have no complaints.

 

I bet some non-alcoholic beer would go great with that non-meat meat.

that aside, the american broiler (or whatever is closest to that name) Boca burger is pretty tasty. I still eat them occasionally, as a lighter choice for hamburgers
