I use Paypal all the time, and have heard numerous warnings about it. There is a website called Paypal Warning or Paypal Sucks explaining all the problems with Paypal.

I managed to have them refund all of the payments that hit my account in the last 23 days, which totalled roughly $8,000 in lost profits. Given the flakiness of ebay customers, I will probably never hear from these people again.
