Thanks for the responses. I've tried a pair of Natives' glasses before and they were really nice, comfortable, light, and great glare reduction. I just think most of their styles are too sporty for everyday use. Anyone had experience with Arnette? I like their styles. I'm going to take a closer look a maui jim after all of the recs. Hope they're not too expensive

I've worked in the eyecare business for nearly 20 years. I am a sunglasses whore big time. Probably 20 pair scattered throughout the house.

98% of the time I wear Maui Jim. Just picked up an Rx pair of M-J Ti Sports for the wifey and she won't wear anything else now.

My current two pairs are Revo, and the pair before that was Maui Jim. Excellent sunglasses.

I had a pair of Arnette a couple years ago. I liked them a lot (style, fit, quality). Too bad I lost them after a month

Sounds like you're looking for Smith "The Analyst" glasses - square, black, plastic frames with glass, polarized lenses. I have a pair and they're great. I think they were discontinued last year, so good luck finding them.

I have a few pairs of Smith glasses, and they're super high quality and purpose-built (I've had my Slider 01 for 7 or 8 years of mountain biking).

If you can't find them, Serengetti makes great driving glasses. My gf wears Maui Jim, but I don't know much about them, other than what I've heard here today.

Love my Maui Jims. I have the titanium frames. Lots of flex without breaking.

if your willing to spend the money it's hard to beat maui jim's, but if your looking for something a little less pricy you should check out Native sunglasses, they are about $100 a pair, polarised, lifetime warrenty, and the optics are pretty damn good. I have a few sets floating around (too bad i can't wear sunglasses anymore)
