Default I quit smoking TODAY.

That's right. This morning I felt great, had a cigarette and felt like shit afterwards. I didn't even smoke the whole thing. I threw away the rest of the pack when I got to work.

I have noticed this trend of feeling like garbage after smoking. I am done with it. I want my health back. I want to feel good again. I am committed to it and will succeed. There is no doubt in my mind.

I just needed a place to write this!

Good buddy... Keep at it. Its was 3 weeks this monday for me without a cigarette and I feel GREAT! I now realize how disgusting cigarette smoke smells when I go out to a bar, or someone around me is smoking... and that is enough to keep me from starting again. GL!

Hard as hell, but it works. Those before and after pictures are no joke.

haha you smoked at least 4-5 cigs while you were at my house doing your fenders and that was only over a couple hours. Think of how many more awesome parts you could order with your cigarette money

If the cravings get bad, and you feel like sliding, get some Nicoderm CQ patches and slap one on - get the one with the most nicotine. It works.

No cigs for me in almost ten years - and I feel great.
