The sad thing is that many bank employees do this. My ex-gf was a teller at Citibank and she used to look up and track accounts of celebrities when she was bored.

This "friend" of yours is not a friend. You don't call your real friends faggots. If I were in your shoes I would do exactly as fishfryer said, grill his ass with the branch and corporate, and possibly even a lawsuit. Start documenting things, and get as much evidence as possible in the meantime.

Dude, is he gay?
I had a couple "buddies" in high school that used to crap all over people that were supposed to be there friends. I dis associated myself from them after I saw some of the crap they did. I would bid him farewell and hang out with better people, after I let his employer know.

Happy hunting!
All the advice here seems to be quite sound.
It would be interesting to note what level security and user tracking the bank has.
I have several friends in the Police force and they have a strict tracking policy on information such as criminal records.
It is commonly known the logs of records that have been accessed are reviewed frequently.
Contact the bank and ask them if the system traps this information.
Then tell your friend unless he ceases this behavior he could be in serious trouble.
Personal opinion is sending someone to jail / ruining career for just being a jerk might be a bit harsh.
