For myself being in smalltown america, it still looks a little more distant than for those in the target cities. This must be doubly so for those that arn't even in this country. Having said that I can see the time when the scum suckers of the world realize that America is one, and that the resolve and feeling of "all for one" can't be broken. Well being stupid and slow they will eventually decide that a different route must be taken and perhaps the down under crowd deserves a rash of anthrax to break there resolve. The additude is sure to change when it starts hitting home that your neighbors and friends are dying. Does it really matter if it is a "Sammy- The Ben Laden" or a shit house whacko who moved to Florida. The point is that it is here and although you can't let it control your life, you can't stick your head in a hole and ignore it. Snooze you loose.

 

Tedow, I agree 100000% The problem is that when a hypocrite hijacks an entire religion he is taking advantage of two things, in this case...

One, the completely uneducated throngs of poverty stricken peasants in his own country and the Muslim community at large who are brainwashed into believing what Sammy says goes...and more importantly, I understand that about 5% of the people in Afghanistan are able to read - this means that they can't even read the Koran or any other kind of legitimate religious documents.

But the interesting thing is that none of the terrorist/suicide bombers were Afghan. They were Saudi or Egyptian or from some of near-Gulf country. They, unfortunately for Afghanistan, were hq'd out of there and the country is now paying the price due the Taliban's unwillingness to relinquish Sammy.

Add that to the fact that no one gets any kind of news reports from anyone but those who are doing the brainwashing...you have a recipe for not just disaster, but a profound kick in the pants of one of the most peaceful religions on the planet.

Secondly, Sammy is also taking advantage of the ignorance in not only America, but in the rest of the world. By the major, and not so major, media continuing to call Sammy and Co. "Muslim extrmemists" they are perpetrating the myth that Muslim doctrine and teaching condones this kind of thing. Nothing could be further from the truth...

Before I make this too long, oops, I already did..I came across a really good article about the true nature of the connection to religion that Sammy has...he practices what is called "Wahhabiism." It's an extreme perversion of Islam teachings...obviously, they support things like torture and drug selling, since those are two favorite activities of the Taliban.
