But yes, this certainly does call the entire premise into question..

There is a precedent on that.. people have successfully fought red light and speed camera tickets because there was no evidence that it was actually them driving the car. I guess AZ has it figured out.

Maybe if enough people "prank" these damn cameras, they will stop using them... F---ing Commies.

We have those flipping redlight cameras here and they do nothing to deter people from running red.

My dad is in Montgomery County all the time and was nailed twice in one week in 2 different areas of the county. He didn't even know he had gone past them until he got the notices in the mail.

I'm wondering if the cameras set off your radar detector?

I don't know about the speed cameras, but the local red light cameras set off the laser detector on my V1.
