Man...everytime I see a news article on DWI its more than likely a drunk Mexican. Don't get your panties in a bunch you PC gringos....you know its true. WTF is in their culture that makes them do that shit. I am with you CU Nick....DWI...if you kill someone you should be publicly stoned with the next of kin being able to shoot a flaming canonball at him/her.
